There are still spec homes in the process of construction but most are larger homes averaging 10,000 sq. ft. There is still a unique opportunity to purchase in this community. Prices have dropped considerably making this a fabulous time to purchase in Shady Canyon. As these homes close out the stage will eventually be set for a rebound in Shady Canyon. The recession has lost its steam and most economists believe we are on the slow road to recovery.
